Taking customer service to a whole new level

It isn't often that your packge gets lost in the mail, and you get to write a glowing review of a company, but here we are. I ordered some Buc-ee's Beaver Nuggets to be shipped to my daughter in New York as she was really missing them. We got notification that the package was delivered by USPS, but alas, no package to be found. I reached out to FoxSnax and immediately they opened a case with USPS. They kept me informed every step of the way. When USPS didn't reply to the inquiry, they offered to ship another package via UPS at no additional charge. The package was delivered and we now have a happy camper in New York. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Add mine to the list.

Softest sweatshirt ever!

This sweatshirt is amazing! It’s not oversized with sleeves that are too long like most sweatshirts are today. It runs just a tiny bit small but not bad. I have washed it twice in cold water, hung up to dry and it has not shrunk at all. Also love that it’s a little longer in the back and has small slits on the sides. Great product, very happy with the purchase!
