Righteous Felon Nelson Mandilla Biltong is a unifying recipe of cracked pepper and dill! It's South African style biltong - beef air dried with red wine vinegar, then seasoned with dill, black garlic, coriander, and cracked pepper. If you love dill pickle chips, this is the meat snack for you! Paleo friendly, 0g sugar, and 32g protein per bag!

(2 oz per package)

Fox Snax adds: Biltong is air dried instead of cooked like jerky, so it's thinner and more tender - almost like prosciutto. Flaky light tasty bits o' meat basically.
